Mr. Wolkmann grew up in a community in diaspora comprised of many refugees. Consequently, Mr. Wolkmann developed a passion to fight for human rights as outlined in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
With a background in finance and criminology, Mr. Wolkmann obtained his law degree from Bond University in Australia. He also obtained a certificate in Dispute Resolution from York University and practised Litigation, Landlord Tenant Disputes, Corporate/Commercial Law, and Criminal Defense Law in Toronto.
Now, Mr. Wolkmann exclusively practises Criminal Defense Law. He provides peace of mind to all clients by carefully examining all their options and providing expert advice while paying close attention to all aspects of the client-lawyer relationship.
Mr. Wolkmann enjoys the challenges of preparing for trials, drafting quality factums, and completing quality cross-examinations in order to obtain the best legal outcome for each client.
